New mobile home services are now live!

Our new service isn't just for those who are house bound, we developed this service to be an extension of what we offer in our showroom, located in Walton-on-the Naze. Most home based services require you to meet specific requirements, such as certain benefits, medical conditions or mobility restrictions. We do not have any special requirements for these services as we want this service to be open to everyone.
Our mobile home visit services have been developed to visit new and returning clients in the Tendring area in Essex, mainly focusing in the areas of Walton-on-the Naze, Frinton-on-sea, Thorpe-le-soken, Clacton-on-sea, Weeley, Manningtree, Harwich and Colchester, as well as the smaller towns and villages near these locations.
Having you eyewear ordered, adjusted and delivered straight to your doors is great for those working from home, those with a busy lifestyle or schedule, as well as those who prefer the comfort of their own home. Some clients even make a bit of a day out of it by inviting friends or family over to try on some great frames and to get their opinion on styles, colours and shapes.
All of our services, frames and lenses are available via our mobile services, this includes new orders for frame and lenses, lens replacements for your own frame, as well as adjustments, repairs and general advice.
The great thing about this mobile home visit service for Tendring is that it is completely free of charge, it's no obligation and all of our prices are the same as the showroom.
We have a great range of frames and lenses on board at all times. Our frames are presented in specially designed cases, which open up to allow you to try on various frames with ease. After ordering, we then manufacture your order in our Optical Lab back at HQ. After completion and quality control, we then prepare your order ready for delivery, bespoke frame fitting and vision check.
It's definitely worth experiencing, we really believe it's another great way for us to be able to create that personal, relaxed, one to one setting, something of which is crucial for us to create the best eyewear for you possible.

Over the last 2 years we have created and grown a team of amazing individuals.
In 2023 Kim joined to be trained to run and operate the lab where manufacturing takes place. Then we saw Kerry join the team in March 2024 to look after our new and returning clients with our aftercare and assistance system. September 2024 then saw Donna join the team to operate our mobile home visit services part of the business.
We each play such important, individual roles within the team, all of which make the business run smoothly, efficiently and consistently . The team will continue to grow as and when needed to suit our goals, demand and journey.

We are pleased to announce the launch of our very own frame range. Our own label eyewear has been something in the making for a long time. We have invested heavily with time, money and effort to create something special.
We are one of the only independent eyewear providers in the area to offer their own range of eyewear. This is something that we are so proud of, as it allows us to set the bar high, to create great warranties, prices, options, styles and choices.
Our range caters for all wearers, walks of life and individuals. We have created a fantastic price range which is fully inclusive of lenses, case, cloth, lens cleaner and aftercare. Our own range is available with our home mobile visit services as well as our showroom appointments.
