All you need is a copy of your prescription for us to order your new frames/lenses. You can still have an appointment for a free, no obligation quote if you do not have your prescription yet.

Repairs, adjustments and other services do not require a prescription.

Mobile home services are where a team member will come to your own location, bringing the same frame, lenses, experience and advice you would expect from our showroom. This is not just for those who are house bound or struggle to get out, this is a quick, easy and efficient way for us to deliver our services to you. All frames, lenses and services are available with this service.

Showroom appointments  are available at our Walton-On-The Naze location. Just like our mobile services, all products and services are available here.

All services are only available to those aged 16 and over. You must not be registered partially sighted or blind.
