Our mobile home visit service has been developed to extend our services from our showroom, bringing you the same personalised, 1 to 1, zero pressure experience. We bring exactly the same equipment, frames and lenses directly to you, at no extra cost, with no obligation.

How does it work?

Using our mobile services is super easy. You can book a free, no obligation appointment by calling our office or by booking online.

1. Book your appointment
2. We attend your location with our frames & lens selection to discuss your requirements
3. We then manufacture your order in our own Optical manufacturing lab by our highly skilled team
4. We then come back with your new order, ready to wear, where we then carry out our bespoke frame fitting & visual checks

After we have completed your order, you then receive our aftercare services to ensure you are satisfied with everything, followed up by our lifetime of adjustments, cleaning & assistance.

Other services are also available with our mobile services, such as our collection and drop offs for new lens replacements and repairs.
