Optical lab

We are one of the few Optical suppliers in the area who has a fully equipped glazing lab. This has taken many years, lots of investment and constant development to create what we have today.

We also hold one of the largest ranges of lenses in stock, in the entire area. These include lenses with various coatings and treatments. With thousands of lens combinations at our fingertips, we make sure we use these lenses to turn orders around quickly, as well as completing emergency orders when needed.

We have various pieces of equipment, tools and devices which we use in the lab. Each one has a specific job.

• Machines to scan frame shapes
• Machines for cutting lenses
• Devices to measure the darkness of sunglasses
• Devices to check the UV protection of lenses
• Hand tools to assemble & adjust frames
• Equipment to measure the prescription in a lens

There are many other pieces of equipment which we use. All have their place in the manufacturing of your custom order.
