Showroom Appointments

What is it?

Our showroom is located in Frinton-On-Sea and creates a private, 1 to 1 experience with no pressure or obligation. Here you can try on our full collection of amazing frames, look through our various lens samples and even experience how your eyewear will be made, by seeing our manufacturing lab which is next door!

Please note: our showroom is on the first floor and will require you to use the stairs. If you have any concerns about this, then please use our free mobile services.

How does it work?

Booking in for our showroom is easy. You can book a free, no obligation appointment by calling our office or by booking online.

1. Book your appointment
2. Attend your appointment to view our frames & lens selection whilst discussing your requirements
3. We then manufacture your order in our own Optical manufacturing lab by our highly skilled team
4. You are then invited back for your collection appointment, where your custom new order will be ready to wear. We then carry out our bespoke frame fitting & visual checks

After we have completed your order, you then receive our aftercare services to ensure you are satisfied with everything, followed up by our lifetime of adjustments, cleaning & assistance.
