No prescription? We can still see you to place an order as usual, but we can only begin manufacturing once we have seen your in date prescription.

Discuss your requirements, try on frames & look at various lens examples. This is done at our showroom or at your home with our mobile home visit services 

We then manufacture your order to your custom requirements on site, completed by our highly skilled team

After quality control, we then see you at our pre-arranged appointment at our showroom or at your own location/home, for your personal, custom frame fitting & visual check. You will also receive your complimentary aftercare products to help look after your eyewear

You will then receive our aftercare services to ensure that you are happy with your order. This includes our personal aftercare follow up phone call, followed by a lifetime of free adjustments & assistance, backed by our 60 day satisfaction guarantee

We can manufacture you a complete order combining new frames & new lenses. This can be completed via our showroom or mobile home visit service

Do you already own a pair of frames that you love? If so we can simply replace your old lenses and upgrade them with new custom made lenses. Best of all, we do not charge any extra fees for doing this. Because we make your lenses on site, you do not need to be without your glasses for weeks. New lenses can be made within 20 minutes while you wait

Nobody likes eyewear that is loose, slipping or hurting their nose and ears. We can adjust your new or existing frames, regardless of where you purchased them from. Available at our showroom and mobile home visit service, this is completely free of charge for anyone who requires our assistance 

Don't write off those damaged specs just yet! Most eyewear can be repaired, realigned or refurbished. Assessments are free of charge. This service is available via our showroom and mobile home visit service
