Mobile home/work visit services

Please check that you are happy with this appointment type & the following information:

● This appointment is for us to attend your location at home or work

● Appointments are only available for those aged 16 years old & over & who are not registered partially sighted or blind
● The time that you book is approximate. We may arrive slightly before or after depending upon traffic & location. A team member will call you when they are on their way to you
● Please ensure that the entrance & area that we will be seeing you is clear & ready
● Make sure that you have your prescription ready
● No prescription? No problem...we can still see you to discuss frames, lenses & prices, so that you know what we can do & how much it will cost. We just need a copy of your prescription to start production. You can simply provide a copy of your prescription following your eye test for us to start production
● We respectfully ask that any dogs are kept separate during your appointment time. We all love pets, but we have specialist & expensive equipment & some of our items may also be hazardous to your dog. This is also in the interests of our teams safety, whilst also ensuring that our team can operate comfortably & effectively
● Please let us know if there are any specific requirements before we attend so that we can enhance your experience
