Have you broken or badly damaged your glasses frames?

Worry no more - we have a special repair service to get you up and running again.

Our repair service also has a NO FIX NO FEE guarantee.

We can repair your glasses in 3 different ways:

1. Book an appointment to visit the showroom

Or

2. Use our drop off service

(no appointment required)

Or

3. Request for us to collect your eyewear from your home, safe place, or place of work

(local areas within the Tendring area)

If you have broken your glasses and live locally, you can book an appointment to arrange a day and time to see us. We can sometimes repair your glasses whilst you wait. Alternatively you can call us below to discuss your repair or use our repair drop off/collection service.

Each frame repair is different. Once your order has been checked into our lab, we will assess the damage and what needs to be done.

For general repairs such as replacement side arms, we typically charge £15 for one side arm, or £20 for a pair. 

Other repairs will vary depending upon the work that is needed.

Sometimes with some frame breakages, the only option is to fit your existing lenses into a new frame.

We will always contact you before we carry out any work to check that you are happy with us to proceed.

We are great at repairing glasses, with over 15 years of full on experience fixing some of the most complex eyewear, but, sometimes even the best can't fix glasses that are past the point of no return. It's always worth seeing if we can fix them, but if you need new glasses, then we can help you out with that too.
