If you have broken your glasses and live locally, please book an appointment to arrange a day and time to see us. We can sometimes repair your glasses whilst you wait.
If you have broken your glasses and live out of the area, please follow the instructions below and complete our repair form.
One of the great reasons to use our repair service is that once we have inspected your frames, if for any reason we can't repair them or you change your mind, then we will simply send them back to you free of charge.
On receipt of your broken glasses, we will inspect the damage and contact you with a price and timescale. When you are happy to proceed, we will then take secure payment and begin repairing your frames.
We are great at repairing glasses, with over 10 years of full on experience fixing some of the most complex glasses, but, sometimes even the best can't fix glasses that are past the point of no return. It's always worth seeing if we can fix them, but if you need new glasses, then we can help you out with that too.
