1. Pick up to 4 frames to try on at home 
2. After taking some details, we send your free, no obligation home trial straight to your door
3. Try them on in the comfort of your own home for 7 days 
4. Take a selfie in your chosen frames for our measurement software 
5. Send all of the glasses back to us
6. We then call to discuss your lenses and take payment 
7. Your glasses are then made in our own glazing laboratory and sent, ready to wear, direct to your door

We do this so that:

• you can check the fit, style and comfort 
• you can try before you buy
• we can obtain the necessary facial and pupil measurements with our in house software from a selfie of you wearing your chosen frames

Please note: No card details or payments are required online. Please checkout fully to place your free, no obligation home trial. We will call you after checkout and then request your card details to hold on your file for security against the frames to ensure they are returned safely.

Once you are happy with the frames you have picked, simply tick which pair you would like on the enclosed form. 

Dont forget, you can still return your chosen frames and request another home trial with some different models if need be. 

Once we receive the frames back, we call you to discuss and finalise your order over the phone or other preferred contact method.

We take secure payment over the phone or online (other methods are accepted) and then begin to make your custom glasses in our own Optical Laboratory based in Essex, Walton on the Naze.

Your glasss are then sent out direct to you door, ready to wear.

Home trial terms & conditions.

For security, we take your card details purely to hold on your account. These are stored securely in accordance to the data protection act and PCI compliance. We do not charge you unless the frames are not returned or are returned damaged. If you fail to send the glasses back within 7 days (without informing us of any delays), then you will be charged the price of the frames only. We will try our best to contact you beforehand. You will then have the right to return these as per our usual returns policy of 30 days, whereby upon return a full refund will be given providing the frames are in their original condition.
